Well, Bethany and I have had a good opportunity to come our way. We’re staying in the That Luang Villa Guesthouse for the next several weeks while in language school. And the other day, the owner of the guest house asked our team if we would be interested in teaching English to her staff. And of course, we were.
We’re not actually starting from scratch. She wants us to help her staff communicate hotel lingo in English. There are a couple of advanced speakers, a couple of intermediate speakers, and a couple of beginners. We’ll be teaching them in pairs so it will make for a fun time.
Bethany and I are excited to begin building relationships with Lao people. Lift us up during this time. We’ll be teaching 2-4 times a week and still be going to language school every day.
